We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address) and the technical data generated during your browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, to improve our platform, to measure site performance and to comply with applicable legal obligations in the Dominican Republic under Law 172-13 on Personal Data Protection.

Processing is based on your express consent when completing the subscription form, on the legitimate interest of Quorenix S.R.L. to operate the site and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
